• Conducting thorough verifications of customer leads to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information.
• Monitoring and evaluating dealer activities to provide feedback and support to our dealer network.
• Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to maintain the integrity of our customer acquisition strategies.
• Utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage and track customer leads.
• Preparing and presenting regular reports on customer verification activities and dealer performance.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing verification processes and procedures.
• Providing training and support to junior staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing verification process.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing verification.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
