📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with our delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
• Manage our in-house delivery management system to track and update delivery statuses.
• Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner, adhering to our quality standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and ready for delivery.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any complaints promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a delivery or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and software, including our in-house delivery management system.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local delivery routes and traffic patterns in Canggu.
