Our U.S. listed company is rapidly expanding its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, and we are seeking a Legal Director to oversee all legal matters, including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. You will work closely with our management team, board of directors, and international legal advisors to ensure that our operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all legal matters for our U.S. listed company, including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team and board of directors.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including securities laws, corporate governance laws, and international trade laws.
• Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, including in-house counsel and external legal advisors.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and opportunities for the company.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and trends in the corporate and regulatory landscape.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Ensure the company's legal and compliance framework is aligned with best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and international business transactions.
• Strong legal and technical expertise in securities laws, corporate governance laws, and international trade laws.
• Proven track record of successfully managing legal matters for U.S. listed companies.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of legal professionals.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and the board of directors.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Professional certification in corporate law or regulatory compliance.
