📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop key commercial accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services to customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve targets and objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance, preferably in fleet financing.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of commercial vehicle financing, including pickups, trucks, and buses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Certification in financial management or sales strategy is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
