You will work with a variety of tools and technologies, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, and VMware, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IT initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect our IT infrastructure.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery exercises.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and software updates.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system support or a similar role.
• Proven experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, and VMware is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
