📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with various departments to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR projects as assigned.
• Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document management and data entry.
