🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or a related field
• Proven experience in managing key client relationships and driving business growth
• Strong knowledge of event management tools like Eventbrite and Breathe
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
