📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement credit marketing strategies to increase loan and deposit products sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Monitor and report on credit sales performance.
• Assist branch managers in overseeing branch operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support administrative tasks to maintain smooth branch operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of branch strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or banking.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and products.
• Familiarity with banking software such as Core Banking System and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
