📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily financial operations of the Surabaya office, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Manage the company's fixed asset register and ensure proper depreciation of assets.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, petty cash, and other financial accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax obligations.
• Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams as needed.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high standards of financial reporting.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Indonesian GAAP and familiar with international accounting standards.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
