📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and practices.
