📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, construct, and maintain infrastructure projects according to company standards and regulations.,Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and field personnel.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all work activities with relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor project progress and quality, and make adjustments as necessary.,Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including budget, schedule, and performance metrics.,Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in engineering and project management.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
