As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide feedback and coaching to junior recruiters to help them grow and develop.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends in Manado.
