📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the best candidates are presented.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.,Maintain and update job postings and recruitment marketing materials to effectively reach potential candidates.,Provide regular reports and feedback on recruitment activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with social media and online job boards for recruitment purposes.
