Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair of mall buildings, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.Inspect and maintain building systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other operational functions.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in building maintenance to continuously improve processes and services.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Building Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.Proven ability to manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including vendor and contractor relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving and preventive maintenance.Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.🛠️ Keahlian
