Tech Mart Indonesia is looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech or related industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with remote recruitment is a plus.
