Lead and mentor the DevOps team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure to support our applications and services.,Automate and optimize our deployment pipelines, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of software.,Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of our systems, implementing proactive measures to prevent issues.,Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into their workflows, promoting a culture of continuous integration and delivery.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the DevOps field, and drive innovation within the team.,Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of our systems.,Provide guidance and support to the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with a strong background in cloud technologies and automation.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring DevOps teams.,Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.,Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.,Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.,Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools like Terraform or Ansible.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.🛠️ Keahlian
