Sehati Maya Dental Clinic is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection and negotiation,Maintain and update inventory records,Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders as needed,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analysis,Support the purchasing team in achieving cost savings and efficiency improvements,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement,Familiarity with purchasing software and systems,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of dental supplies and equipment is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
