📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.,Process customer orders and transactions smoothly.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely service.,Monitor sales and inventory levels to ensure stock is adequate.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including cash register operation.,Familiarity with food and beverage industry is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-store and remote).
