Hotel Zahra Shop is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As a Hybrid HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
