Resto Indra Store is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. We are offering a competitive salary of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Answer and direct inquiries about the restaurant, services, and amenities.,Handle reservations and manage the reservation system.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
