📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a menu that aligns with the brand's vision and customer preferences.,Oversee the kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies for the restaurant.,Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and industry best practices.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and supplier relationships to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients.,Lead and mentor the kitchen team to achieve the highest level of performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
