Direct Crystal Indonesia is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Cimahi. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles to ensure efficient and safe operations. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has experience in fleet management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to prevent damage to goods and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Monitor and report on vehicle usage and performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving company vehicles.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that vehicles are available when needed and that routes are optimized for efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
