As an ERP Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, a comprehensive enterprise resource planning solution. Your daily tasks will include overseeing system integrations, managing data migration, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. With over 10 years of experience in ERP management and a proven track record in Oracle Fusion, you will be instrumental in transforming our business processes to enhance efficiency and drive growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP across Halodoc's operations.
Oversee system integrations with third-party applications and internal systems.
Manage data migration and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and enforce best practices for ERP governance and compliance.
Collaborate with business units to align ERP strategies with organizational goals.
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion ERP.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in ERP management, with a focus on Oracle Fusion.
Certified in Oracle Fusion ERP or related certifications.
Proven experience in leading ERP projects from initiation to completion.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including modules such as Financials, Procurement, and Human Capital Management.
Experience in managing system integrations and data migration.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
