In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to participants.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment between training initiatives and organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other training management software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
