Life Urban Jaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient and effective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a passion for supporting our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process from request to delivery,Maintain and update procurement records and databases,Conduct vendor evaluations and negotiations,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures,Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement needs,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points,Prepare and submit purchase orders and requisitions,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analyses

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related roles,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
