Daily, you will be responsible for operating the QCC, ensuring that containers are loaded and unloaded according to strict safety protocols and operational guidelines. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate Quay Container Cranes (QCC) to load and unload containers efficiently and safely.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with other port personnel to manage the movement of cargo.
• Monitor and maintain the QCC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Work in shifts to ensure continuous operation of the port.
• Adhere to strict deadlines and operational schedules.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Container Crane Operator or similar role.
• Certified as a Container Crane Operator, preferably with experience on Quay Container Cranes (QCC).
• Knowledge of maritime and logistics industry standards and regulations.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Familiarity with port equipment and software, such as TOS (Terminal Operating System).
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
