City Link Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, job descriptions, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, benefits, and other employee-related documents.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Participate in other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
