📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and control warehouse expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.,Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and prevent losses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory control and supply chain management principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
