Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.
• Manage and train staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure the restaurant meets all financial targets and goals.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of successful restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
