📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements,Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Build and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates and clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
