📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.,Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to select the best candidates.,Maintain a database of job applicants and candidates.,Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
