📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are well-maintained and operating efficiently.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out on time and to the required standards.,Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and ensure that they are addressed promptly.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all maintenance work is carried out to the required standards and within the agreed timeframes.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their maintenance tasks effectively.,Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and compliant manner, in accordance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Monitor and report on the performance of the maintenance department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt normal operations and that all necessary resources are available to carry out maintenance work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices.,Experience in managing and leading a team of technicians.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
