Bay Max Mandiri is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our finance team in various financial activities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience in finance to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.,Support the finance team in the processing of invoices and payments.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts and other financial records.,Participate in the preparation of the monthly and annual financial reports.,Support the finance team in the preparation of the budget and forecast.,Assist in the preparation of the tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.,Assist in the training and development of other finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance-related role.,Familiarity with accounting software and financial tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
