📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in HR tasks including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support the Purchasing team in managing procurement processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including invoice processing, reconciling accounts, and managing cash flow using SAP FICO.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in HR, Purchasing, and Finance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attend regular meetings and provide updates on your progress and any challenges you're facing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, Purchasing, and Finance.
• Contribute to the development of your professional skills through continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate or early-career professional with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices, particularly in AR and AP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
