📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair ATMs across Bali, ensuring they are operational and secure.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they arise.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ATMs, using tools such as ATMOS, WinATM, and NCR software.
• Monitor ATM performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to ATM operators and maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement solutions for improving ATM performance and security.
• Document all maintenance activities and issues, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
• Participate in on-call duties to respond to urgent issues and emergencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ATM Technician or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven experience with ATM installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Familiarity with ATM software and hardware, including ATMOS, WinATM, and NCR systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in ATM maintenance and repair is a plus.
