Are you a seasoned Executive Coach with a passion for empowering leadership in high-growth environments? Collars Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic professional to partner with Group Executive Leadership in a fast-growing Fintech scale-up based in Bali, Indonesia. As an Executive Coach, you will be instrumental in developing and nurturing leaders who drive innovation and growth, helping them to navigate the complexities of scaling a fintech business.

In this role, you will work closely with senior executives to identify their development needs, design personalized coaching programs, and implement strategies that enhance their leadership capabilities. You will leverage your expertise in leadership development and coaching methodologies to create a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the leadership team of a rapidly expanding fintech company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Partner with Group Executive Leadership to identify development needs and design personalized coaching programs.
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help executives enhance their leadership skills, decision-making, and strategic thinking.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support the leadership team in their professional growth.
Utilize coaching tools and software such as CoachMe and TalentLMS to track progress and provide data-driven insights.
Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to align coaching initiatives with organizational goals.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and coaching.
Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance the coaching program and its impact on leadership performance.
Support the development of a strong leadership pipeline within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Coach or similar leadership development role.
Certification in coaching methodologies such as ICF (International Coaching Federation) or AC (Associative Coaching).
Proven track record of successfully coaching executives in high-growth environments.
Strong understanding of the fintech industry and the challenges faced by scaling startups.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Familiarity with leadership development tools and software.
