📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, put-away, picking, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.
