PT Kusuma Tambang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Training Officer to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate training schedules and ensure all training sessions are well-organized.,Assist in the evaluation of training programs and provide feedback to improve future programs.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers for our training programs.,Support the Training Officer in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
